Vege + Udon Nabe
We’re going on a mini-trip for the next few days, so that means trying to finish up all the fresh produce before we leave! He whipped this up for dinner: cabbage, carrot, ginger, mushroom, tofu, chicken, and udon (not pictured.. pot was too full to add them at first!) Nabe! We dipped the cooked ingredients in soy sauce w/ lemon. Perfect for a cold evening.
