Two nights ago we hosted a GYOZAfest! Everyone who came brought packages of different gyoza, and we cooked them in our electric nabe. It was the first time we used the nabe for pan frying and it worked perfectly!

For an appetizer, I made cream cheese won tons. I’ve made these before with a homemade sweet and sour sauce that my mom taught me how to make, but I didn’t have the time or the ingredients, so we just dipped them in some sweet chili sauce.
